Insight Mediation and Conscious Contracts: May-June, 2025

Conscious Contracts® is a process of contract formation that provides forward thinking professionals with best practices for discovering and documenting agreement.

My "Operating Manual" - identifies parties' best working styles, how they address conflict, and their unique personalities. 

Addressing Change & Engaging Disagreement (ACED Clause) allows the parties to design a sustainable culture including how they will communicate, manage change, engage in disagreements and sustain their relationship

This course brings together the skills and strategies of Insight Mediation with the engaging and productive Conscious Contracts process, so you can resolve conflict and create agreements that truly speak to and for the parties - and provide them with a framework for resolving future challenges. 

This course is open to all who have participated in The Curious Mediator, or an Insight Learning Group course (or some other equivalent). If you have not taken any insight training yet, get in touch with us so we can find a way to meet the prerequisite.

Say What They Mean

Consider an agreement - contract you have drafted or reviewed. How much does the content, terms and tone truly reflect the values and honour of the people who are signing the agreement? Does the agreement assume a court will be called on to enforce the agreement or adjudicate a dispute? Does the agreement contain a unique and well-considered method to address change and engage when there is disagreement? A Conscious Contract reflects the people entering into them.
