Acing The Insight Process:

This course is the natural next step for Curious Mediators!

In our five weeks together, we will bring together the skills and strategies of Insight Mediation and apply it in the flow of a mediation process. We will introduce Conscious Contracts® - a natural fit with Insight Mediation!

Learn how to work with clients to create unique and workable agreements that include the distinctive elements of Conscious Contracts:

  • The Touchstone - integrating the parties purpose and values with their "action plan".
  • The "Operating Manual" - helping the parties' identify their individual conflict and communication styles, the way they make decisions and how they want to approach their future relationships. 
  • Addressing Change & Engaging Disagreement (ACED Clause) designing a sustainable plan for how they will communicate, manage change, engage in disagreement and sustain their relationship

With the power of insight mediation at the foundation, you will find new ways to resolve conflict and create agreements that truly speak to and for the parties - now and into the future. 

This course is open to all who have participated in The Curious Mediator, or an Insight Learning Group course (or some other insight mediation training).

Say What They Mean

Consider an agreement - contract you have drafted or reviewed. How much does the content, terms and tone truly reflect the values and honour of the people who are signing the agreement? Does the agreement assume a court will be called on to enforce the agreement or adjudicate a dispute? Does the agreement contain a unique and well-considered method to address change and engage when there is disagreement?
