Have you tried “brain-storming”, but it didn’t work? Have you felt yourself sliding back into directing, fixing or advocating when you hoped for something more collaborative?
When this happens, it doesn’t feel creative. And it doesn’t feel good.
This workshop will help you manage the final stages of your process in a way that keeps “what matters” front and center and builds on the essential ingredients for the best outcome. Working with what has been harvested, we will approach “option generation” as a co-creation, bringing the parties to the centre by focusing on the decisions they need to make rather than their “negotiating positions”.
We will identify the conditions that make brain-storming work, and explore other ways to expand what is possible.
