This transformational training is for mediators, lawyers, coaches and other professionals working with people in conflict. You will develop unique skills and strategies that come with a paradigm and mindset that authentically responds "in the moment" to conflict challenges.

In this advanced training program, we will make sense of the challenging human behaviours that seem to get "in the way" of getting to good solutions. We will learn to work with conflict behaviours, using skills and strategies that help clients discover their own insights, so we can do the important work of facilitating dialogue and supporting good decision-making,
As Insight Mediation is grounded in learning theory, we approach conflict with a learning lens, rather than one of containment or avoidance. The foundation of this training is targeted curiosity that enhances clients' abilities to participate effectively and gain insights, so you can do your job!
You will be supported by a small and international group of life-long learners who want to engage more effectively, and naturally, in conflict situations (and fix their "fixer" mentality!)
This training is recognized as advanced conflict resolution training by certifying conflict resolution organizations around the world. Lawyers, Therapists, HR Professionals, Coaches and Financial Professionals say that the Insight Approach profoundly changes the way they work and the comfort they feel being "in the room" with conflict.
