In 2017, I took time out to study conflict because I was dissatisfied with the negotiation and mediation model most of us were trained in. That's when I learned about Insight Mediation and committed to a rigorous mentoring program with its founder, Dr. Cheryl Picard.
Insight changed my life - at work and at home! As I became happily curious (again), I noticed that people were more open and that I was more productive in conflict conversations.
I have carried all of this learning and experience into the courses I offer. My ultimate goal is to help people engage with human conflict in a more grounded, effective and meaningful way.
