The Curious Mediator (Sept - Feb, 2027)

For Mediators and Collaborative Professionals: Insight Mediation is the "fourth pillar" of conflict resolution. In this comprehensive 10-week training, we will start with a definition of conflict that makes sense for the relational work we do, with a focus on the challenging human behaviours that we see every day. As we gain an understanding of the “how” and “why” of conflict behaviours, we will learn Insight skills that help clients discover their own insights, so we can do the important work of facilitating their dialogue and decision-making. This Curious Mediator program suits time zones in the Americas and Europe, with 10 weekly sessions on Tuesdays January 20 - April 14 2026 from 11 am - 2 pm EST; 4 pm - 7 pm in UK and 5 pm - 8 pm in the rest of Europe. (Note: we take a four week break in March)
